Castlevania: Symphony of the Nighttime is an activity-adventure game developed and published by Konami for the PlayStation. It is part of the Castlevania video game serial, and is the first installment of the series released on the PlayStation. Symphony of the Nighttime is a directly sequel of Castlevania: Rondo of Blood and continues the plot of its predecessor.
